Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-04 · Updated 4 October 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and Peep ("we", "us"). Words like Peep Radar, Call or Rug risk are explained in the glossary.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

These Terms apply when you use Peep on the web at peep.fun. When you sign in, Peep asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Your Peep account opens only after you do. If you don't agree, don't use Peep.

Each version of these Terms is dated. The version you accepted, when you accepted it and your age confirmation are recorded with your account.

2. Who can use Peep

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
  • You must not use Peep from a country under comprehensive UN, EU or US sanctions, on behalf of a sanctioned person, or while on a government denied-party list.
  • You must not use Peep where using it, or trading cryptoassets, is against the law that applies to you.

3. What Peep is, and what it isn't

Peep shows public Solana market activity and lets you swap tokens, follow people, share Peeps and join groups.

  • Non-custodial. Your Solana wallet is an embedded wallet created and secured by Privy. Peep never holds your private keys or your funds and cannot move them. If you lose access to your sign-in and to Privy's recovery, your funds may be lost for good.
  • Not a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser. Swaps are routed through third-party liquidity (Jupiter) and settle on Solana. Peep is not a party to your trades.
  • Transactions are final. Peep can't cancel, reverse or refund a confirmed transaction.

4. Not investment advice

Nothing on Peep is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. Peep Radar alerts, Discover feeds, Call and Thesis counts, Rug risk flags, leaderboards, profiles, Peeps, group calls and everything people post are information, not advice.

You decide what to trade and you carry the result. Tokens on Peep are highly speculative: many go to zero, and you can lose everything you put in.

5. Market data and automated signals

Prices, charts, holders and token facts come from third-party market data providers, from the launchpads tokens are created on, from Jupiter (swap routes and token facts) and from Peep's own services. Peep Radar alerts and the other signals are produced automatically from on-chain activity, public social posts and third-party labels.

  • Data and signals can be wrong, late, incomplete or unavailable.
  • Signals can be manipulated: wallets can act together to trigger an alert, and public posts can be coordinated.
  • Call and Thesis count public activity elsewhere. A count is not an endorsement by anyone there or by Peep.
  • A Rug risk flag is a rule over market data. No flag does not mean a token is safe.
  • "Since alert" compares the latest available value with the first alert; a group call's peak compares its highest value with the value at the call. Neither is a realized return or includes fees, slippage or liquidity constraints.

The glossary explains where each signal comes from and what to keep in mind about it, and How Peep numbers work has the exact rules for profiles, the leaderboard, Peep Score and XP.

6. Trading and fees

You start every swap and approve it with your wallet. A swap is only sent when you confirm it.

  • Peep charges a fee of 0.75% of each swap between SOL and a token made through Peep. It is part of the transaction you approve.
  • Solana network fees go to the network, not to Peep. A transaction that fails can still cost network fees.
  • Prices move between the moment you see a price and the moment your swap lands. The slippage limit you set caps how far; losses within it are still possible.
  • Other risks include losing all of what you put in, bots that trade around your transaction, bugs in tokens or swap programs outside Peep's control, network congestion and fraud by token creators.
  • Swaps, transfers and payments are public on Solana, whatever you choose to share on Peep.

7. Your account

  • You sign in through Privy with email, Google, X or a wallet. The same Peep account works in the Peep iOS app.
  • You are responsible for everything done from your account, including trades, transfers, messages and Peeps. Keep your sign-in safe.
  • Peep will never ask for your password, recovery method or private key. Anyone who does is not Peep.
  • You can delete your account from the Peep iOS app (Settings, Account, Delete) or by writing to support@peep.house. Off-chain data Peep controls is removed within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes; on-chain records stay public.

8. What you post

  • What you post (profile, Peeps, comments, group messages) stays yours. You give Peep a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, show and distribute it within Peep as needed to run the service.
  • A Peep reaches the audience you choose: your followers or everyone on Peep. Choosing Don't Peep keeps a trade off your Peeps; the swap itself is still public on Solana.
  • Others can see, save or screenshot what you share. Notifications already delivered can't be recalled.
  • Copyright notices: support@peep.house.

9. Images, explicit content and moderation

No sexually explicit images, nudity or sexual content anywhere on Peep, and no graphic violence or gore.

Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material and anything sexual involving a minor, and terrorist or violent-extremist content (propaganda, the flags and symbols of terrorist organisations, depictions of attacks or executions, recruiting or glorification), are never allowed anywhere on Peep: in images, names, handles, bios or messages. When we find it, we keep the material and the account's details for review, report it to the competent authorities (for child sexual abuse material, for example the NCMEC CyberTipline and the police) and close the account. We cooperate with law enforcement.

  • Profile photos and a group's own image (the picture shown for the group) are checked when you upload them by Peep's own image classifiers, automated checks that run on Peep's own servers; no image is sent to a third party for this. Covers are not checked by Peep's classifiers. Peep stores a new copy of the image it checked, without location or other metadata. An image found sexual or violent is refused; an image that looks like child sexual abuse or terrorist content is refused and handled under zero tolerance. When the check is unavailable, the upload is refused and you can try again a minute later.
  • Images, GIFs and link previews sent inside a group chat are delivered by Stream, Peep's chat provider, and are not checked by Peep's classifiers. The rules above apply to them all the same: report anything that breaks them.
  • Peep compares new profile photos and group images with the fingerprints of files it has already refused under zero tolerance; a match is refused and handled the same way, whichever account uploads it.
  • If Peep starts matching uploads against a known-image service (such as one run by a child-safety organisation), this section and the Privacy Policy will name it before it applies.
  • Token names, symbols, logos and banners come from the token's own publishers and are shown as published; Peep does not filter token names or symbols.
  • The classifiers can be wrong in both directions. Report anything that slips through.
  • You can report a profile, for example for an explicit image, child sexual abuse or terrorism or violent extremism. A report of child sexual abuse or terrorism alerts Peep's moderation at once and hides nothing by itself: Peep reviews it. Peep reviews reports and may remove content, reset a profile image or handle, restrict features, or suspend or close an account. Filing false reports is itself a breach of these Terms.
  • To appeal a decision, write to support@peep.house.

10. Groups, calls and tips

  • Group creators decide who joins: by approval, or by a paid join.
  • A paid join is a SOL payment from your wallet. Peep takes 5% of each payment and the rest goes to the group's creator. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and Peep is not a party to the arrangement between a creator and members.
  • Creators are independent people, not Peep's employees or agents. What they claim about trading is their own.
  • When a member posts a token in a group, Peep records it as a call with the market cap at that moment and follows its multiple.
  • Where public calls are available, a group's creator can make a call public; a public call shows the group's name and image, the market cap at the call, the time and the multiple, never the caller's handle or any wallet. Peep can take a public call down.
  • Where tips are available, a tip is a SOL transfer you confirm from your wallet to another person's wallet. Peep takes no fee on tips, doesn't show the receiving wallet, and can't reverse a tip; like every transfer it is visible on Solana.

11. Invites and Earn

  • Friends who join with your invite link add XP to your account, by the rules on How Peep numbers work.
  • Figures on the Earn page are estimates. An estimate is not a payment: nothing is paid out unless Peep announces payouts together with their rules.
  • Inviting yourself, fake or duplicate accounts and trading only to raise invite numbers are not allowed; Peep may void what they produce. Peep may change or end the invite programme.

12. XP

XP is a count of your activity on Peep, shown with levels and ranks. XP has no monetary value. It is not a token, currency or security; it can't be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn; and it gives no right to any airdrop, payment or other benefit. Peep may change how XP is counted and may remove XP gained by abuse.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • commit fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or any other unlawful act through Peep;
  • run pump-and-dump schemes, wash trades, or act with other wallets to trigger signals or mislead people about a token;
  • post anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing;
  • post, link or ask for child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving a minor, or terrorist or violent-extremist content (zero tolerance: section 9);
  • impersonate anyone, share another person's personal data without consent, or spam groups and chats;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attack Peep, exploit bugs, or get around bans and rate limits.

Peep may investigate breaches, remove content, suspend or close accounts and cooperate with law enforcement.

14. Third-party services

Peep relies on services run by others, among them Privy (sign-in and wallets), Supabase (database and storage), Stream (group chat), Jupiter (swap routes), Helius (Solana access), Vercel and Fly.io (hosting) and the data sources in section 5. Their own terms apply to them, and Peep is not responsible for their outages, changes or handling of data outside Peep's control.

15. Cookies and browser storage

Peep on the web uses a few cookies and browser storage that it needs to work, and no advertising cookies. The Privacy Policy lists them.

16. Changes to Peep and to these Terms

Peep changes often: features can be added, changed or removed. When we change these Terms in a way that matters, we announce it in Peep at least 14 days before the new version applies, unless the law or security needs it sooner. Peep on the web then asks you to accept the new version before you continue. If you don't accept it, stop using Peep; you can delete your account.

17. Disclaimers

Peep is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. We don't promise that Peep will be error-free, secure or always available.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Peep and its officers, agents and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages; for lost profits or data; for cryptoassets lost through user error, lost keys, third-party program bugs or network failures; or for any amount above USD 100 (or the local equivalent) in total. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Peep against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Peep, your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right, or what you post or sign.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these Terms, for operational reasons or when the law requires it. An account that posts child sexual abuse material or terrorist content is closed without notice and reported (section 9). You can stop using Peep at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes) do.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Istanbul (Central) have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
